Lost and Found

If you lose an item, please proceed as follows:

• Please contact the information desk in the terminal or report your loss in person, by phone at +49 6893 83 286, or by email atlostfound@scn-airport.de.
• Describe the item in as much detail as possible. 
• Consider how you can prove your ownership of the item if necessary. 
• Please note that a third party must present a power of attorney on your behalf when collecting your item

• Please arrange a pickup date with us in advance.
