Manager (m/f/d) EASA Compliance

We are looking for an EASA Compliance Manager (m/f/d) to join our Compliance department as soon as possible, but no later than January 1, 2025.

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the airport's certification in accordance with Regulation (EU) 139/2014
  • Review of changes/additions to EASA requirements
  • Preparation/review of flight operations-related plans for approval procedures and infrastructure audits
  • Preparation, implementation, and coordination of internal and external audits
  • Project management and cross-departmental coordination of measures to maintain/establish compliance
  • Editing and further development of manuals and training materials
  • Close cooperation with safety/security management, traffic management, and technical management
  • Reporting to management on analyses and ongoing developments

Your personal profile:

  • You have a degree in engineering with a focus on air transport or a degree specific to aviation with
  • You have relevant professional experience and are familiar with the legal regulations governing airside operations and airside infrastructure, in particular Regulation (EU) 139/2014 and ED Decision 2022/0006/R CS-ADR-DSN.
  • Further training as an auditor is advantageous
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and confident use of digital platforms
