The organizer of this competition is Flug-Hafen-Saarland GmbH, Balthasar-Goldstein-Straße, D-66131 Saarbrücken, Germany, hereinafter referred to as "SCN."
Participation in the competition is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods and services. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation.
2.1 ELIGIBILITY
All persons of legal age (hereinafter referred to as "participants") are eligible to participate in the competition. Employees of SCN or an affiliated company and all third parties involved in the implementation of the competition, as well as their employees, are excluded from participation. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details they provide. In the event of a violation of the conditions of participation, SCN reserves the right to exclude the persons concerned from the competition. In such cases, prizes may also be revoked retrospectively.
2.2 PARTICIPATION
When conducted by email: To participate in the competition, participants must send the code word by email to
myscn@scn-airport.de.
When conducted on Facebook: To participate in the competition, participants must comment on the competition post online on the SCN Facebook page and be a fan of the SCN Facebook page.
When conducted via a competition quiz (Riddle): To enter the competition, participants must complete the online competition quiz and provide their email address for contact purposes.
When conducted via a competition card: To enter the competition, participants must answer the questions/fulfill the conditions and enter their first and last names for the winner selection process.
When participating via a contest form (Brevo): To participate in the contest, participants must complete the online form in full, submit it, and confirm their participation. The data provided will only be used for the purposes of the contest, determining the winners, and contacting participants, unless they have explicitly subscribed to the newsletter.

.3 ENTRY DEADLINE
Late entries received after the entry deadline will not be considered for participation. The organizer is not responsible for entries that are submitted late or lost due to delays or disruptions on the Internet. The winner(s) will be announced on the respective SCN social media channels.
In the case of a prize voucher, non-cash prizes, or other prizes, there is no entitlement to a cash alternative or subsequent change to the prizes. The organizer is entitled to provide an equivalent prize as a substitute at any time.
3.1 DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
After the closing date for entries, the winner(s) will be drawn at random. The winner will be selected at random and notified via the respective social media channel or by email. The winner agrees to provide their full name, address, and email address.
The claim to the prize expires if the winner does not accept their prize after the first notification; the next eligible winner will automatically take their place.

SCN reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice for important reasons. Cancellation for important reasons may occur in particular if, for technical or legal reasons, the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed. Any liability towards participants is excluded in this respect. If such termination was caused by the intentional behavior of a participant (e.g., through technical manipulation), SCN may demand compensation from that person for the damage incurred.
SCN makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Despite the utmost care, no guarantee can be given for the accuracy and completeness of the content of the websites listed here and/or these conditions of participation.
If individual provisions of these conditions of participation are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment, modification, or exchange of prizes is not possible. Prize claims are non-transferable.
The competitions are not affiliated with Facebook or other social networks and are in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook or other networks.
These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and SCN are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
